Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. The Relationship Space is not a crisis service. If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency line.

Scheduling: consultations are 1 hour 20 minutes. Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Cancel up to 24 hours before to receive a credit refund. Inside that window, the credit is forfeited.

Subscriptions: billed monthly. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Cancellations end access at the end of the paid period.

Conduct: respectful communication. Therapists may decline to continue care if the therapeutic relationship is not viable.

Liability: we provide tools, not medical advice. Therapists are independent practitioners responsible for their own clinical decisions.
