What we collect: account details (name, email, password hash), session metadata (start/end time, attendance), messages between you and your therapist, documents you upload, and payment metadata handled by Stripe.

How we use it: to provide the service, schedule and run sessions, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

Security: message bodies and session join payloads are encrypted at rest. Authentication uses short-lived JWTs. Card details never touch our servers — Stripe handles them directly.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion. Email us to exercise them.
